Motorcycle traffic cop sits in the driveway of Knoll Ranch elementary school hidden by the hedges along the driveway entrance. A steep downgrade takes you by the officer if you are heading west on Knoll Ranch Road toward Santiago Rd. and the Fwy. 55 overpass. Posted 45 mph at the top of the downgrade, 35 mph as you proceed one eight of a mile towards the school, 25 MPH! school zone as you hit the mid-run section of the downgrade in front of the Cop! He is there at any time of the day, especially mornings and mid day. Unless you are a very visual person, you will not notice the speed limit has suddently changed from 45mph, to 35mph and suddenly to 25mph! Even if you notice the speed limit signs, you would have to ride your brakes very hard to be a 25mph when you see the motorcycle cop with radar gun pointed at you.
