Officer sits in the driveway of the office building for Angus (Chemical Company) behind the plants — not sure if they’re monitoring Eastbound traffic but they’re definitely monitoring Westbound traffic. They have even been known to have a van sitting near the walking bridge by the Des Plaines River just East of Milwaukee Ave. to act as look out and radio to the officer (as my husband will attest to).
