Lawtey, Florida
I saw the billboard about Lawtey being a speed trap as I left Gainesville. I carefully adjusted my speed all along 301. The speed limit changes are so close together that you can’t take you eyes off the speed limit signs. In fact, while I was so intent on checking my speed, I missed the blinking yellow lite, and was fined $290 for going 34 mph in a ghost school zone.

I've been a cop for 30 years and I'm here to say these are not real cops. They should be ashamed of themselves. they are not working for the public they are against the public. As an administrator you only should do what the people want you to do. Revenue is not a cops focus. They should include radar as a their job and focus on real crime. I felt ashamed of them. They have accomplished something and thats the loss of public respect.
