APD officers sit at the bottom of the hill near Broadway. They hide behind bushes and trees, and radar your car while you go down the hill. Be carefull not to go more than 35 mph . They jump out into the street and pull you over into a residential street and give you a ticket. The same goes for Coal Ave. Going up the hill. One of the APD officers gave out so many tickets on Coal Ave. that He became famous and appeared on the evening news.
