There were prior complaints about this trap when the speed limit was 45. They have now lowered it to *40* (must not have been profitable enough before).

Not only that, this city has an unusual policy of insisting you show your face in traffic court, too, and will not allow you to go the driving school route.

Adding the extra charges of court fees, of course, is a blatantly transactional system of transferring even more of the hapless drivers’ assets into the city coffers.

My recommendation is for all drivers to head past, around, over, under — anything but *through* this fee-grabbing town.
