A dozen or more cops in the Black Triangular Glass building at the corner of Louisiana and Constitution. Two or three use the gun and jump out into traffic, waving people into the parking lot where they get ticketed and often their cars towed. Usually in the afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00 about three times a month.
