Stopped by a cop, stating that I was 20 mph, over the speed limit. I had not even passed the cop. He was stationed down the road from me, and as soon as I was in sight, he turned on his lights, when I passed him, he did a u-turn and stopped me.

I knew it was a bogus ticket, and he knew it was a bogus ticket. I knew he was just looking to make his qouta for the month. Ticket was over $200! Talk about “Highway” robbery.

That’s why I hate, traveling through small towns. They really stick it, to “out of towners”. As if it’s the only way, they are able to generate money.
