usually its a motorcycle cop hiding behind a big hedge that gets the drivers going eastbound as the come down the hill after crossing the la river on wardlow right before magnolia

Yes, this is a speed trap, but at the same time it is quite necessary. Try traveling over that bridge at the speed limit and one will possibly get ran off the side to the shoulder/guard rail. There are times when a police presence is needed. It wouldn't hurt to have one officer setting on the west side of the bridge
