Main Drag Basin Street
Ephrata PD is now using an Charcol Colered UNMARKED Dodge Challanger with a trailer with two jet skis attached. They will position this unit in a parking lot in one of the businesses on Basin Street (Hwy 281) The officer is using radar from inside the vehicle and radioing his buddies five or six blocks down the street who then pick you off.
