Maplecrest Road near E. State Street
A local cop tends to sit at the church on the right hand side of the road just across from the Blackhawk Apartment complex. He sits there with his lights off and Radars people as the go down Maplecrest heading to East State Street. Only tends to be one cop but have seen the TrailBlazer Sergeant Rolling close behind.
