Marschall Road near 17th Avenue
Shakopee Police pull over in the South bound lane of Marschall Road, just south of 17th Avenue, as you pass St. Francis Regional Medical Center. They use laser to gauge speeds of those traveling southbound out of the 40 mph zone and into the 55 mph zone. Oftentimes, the officer is standing outside of his vehicle, on the shoulder or somewhat in the ditch.
