Maunakea Street or near Hawaii Theater
At any 4 way intersections in this area of town the police will stop you if you do not come to a complete stop at the intersection. They will tell you that you, "blew right through it" and give you a ticket. Beware as there are a lot of cops in this area of town, usually on foot and in the late afternoon or early evening. Perhaps at night but I generally am not there at that time.
