McClellan Street by Sch’dy High & Zoller
Both of these are “school zones” and are signed for 20 mph. They are NOT signed according to Federal standards: there are no warnings of place of entering & exiting school zone, no marks on road and speed limit should not be less than 25 mph even if it was properly signed. There is a Federal guide called the M.U.T.C.D. that details how a school zone should be marked. If it’s not marked correctly, you can ask for the ticket to be dismissed. NOT ONE school zone in Sch’dy is even close to being correctly or adequately signed. The City & police all know this…now you do.
