Millbrook Avenue near Pierson Hill Road
Speed is 30 mph downhill. Police sit in dirt area before or near small bridge and catch speeders coming down the hill. Speed limit on road fluctuates constantly, making it difficult to maintain correct speeds unless you live in the area.

I will agree that this is a perfect spot to entrap a motorist, but I'm on that stretch, almost every day, and have never seen a police car.
