Cops sit in curb lane in black SUV or patrol car, parked between cars which makes them very hard to see. Also, they watch the stop sign at Monroe and Powers streets. These areas sit between the cities of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights on Monroe with speeds different in each city limits.
