Monte Vista Avenue near Vine Street
Monte Vista Avenue across from McAndrews Park. Motocycle cop sits at Vine Street and catches drivers as they crest the hill between Depot and Dobbins streets. This is very busy traffic especially in am and although posted 25 /30 mph, the traffic is usually closer to 40 mph and coming down the hill accelerates.
