Monticello between Century Blvd. and Buttonwood Dr.
The speed limit on this street was recently changed from 45 MPH to 30 MPH. There is a single speed limit sign at the intersection of Century Blvd, east bound. Patrol officers sit in several drive-ways and a local church parking lot shrouded in bushes. There is no excuse accepted and the ticket is started before they get out of their vehicle. Municipal court is difficult to deal with, and you are encouraged at every turn, to pay the fine.
