N. Columbia Blvd, Between Portsmouth and Chautauqua
There is a small open field near where the railroad crosses the road, there is several times a week a patroller parked at the back of the field, which makes it not visible as you are approaching. I have been on this road every day this week at different times, and only one day was there no officer there!
