NB on I-71 North of Rt 82
Police Cruiser backs his vehicle perpendicular to I-71 on East side behind a guard rail. Huge overhead ODOT signs block you from seeing him until it is too late… They are there daily with Laser guns and are getting people coming down entrance ramp from the STRONGSVILLE MALL AREA getting on I-71 Northbound in the far right hand lane.
