NE 38th PL Street near The Keg Restaurant
Cops will sit in the Keg parking lot or at the entrance of the Yarrow Bay office park. The street is 25 mph but it feels like a 35mph street, so watch your speed. It is a great shortcut between Lake WA Blvd and 108th.
