Norman Chapel road
The speed limit is 30 MPH and going down the hill it is hard to keep that speed without staying on the brakes. They usually sit in the church parking lot. Ouch, they got me.

You have met Cleveland's "Physical Science Recollection Team" Every speed trap in Cleveland will be at the down side of the hill. The only good they do there is to remind you that you're gonna go a little faster down the hill. Speeding tickets are not about safety. If they were, the officer would be out where you could easily see them, and you would be reminded to check your speed. Instead, Traffic Enforcement Officers are a revenue service for the local government.
