Normandale Boulevard near Interstate I-494
South of I-494, Hwy 100 becomes Normandage Blvd. The speed limit becomes 45 mph. Troopers can be seen sitting on Poplar Bridge Road and also in the streets west of Normandale Blvd. with radar.
