North 31st Street near Temple High School

North of Adams on 31st street as you come down a hill towards the high school a city cop will be clocking (on light traffic days ecspecially) at the bottom of the hill. This is a 4 lane road that on the weekends may have one car on it at any given time. Watch out coming down the hill. I have watched my speed come up 5 to 10 miles an hour without even touching the gas. The speed limit is posted at 30, which may be fine for when school is going, but needs to be 40 to 50 on the weekends.
I sat at the donut shop one sunday morning and watched the cop write 5 tickets in about an hour.
Ride your brakes going down the hill!
That cop is going for a record or a bonus or something.

Comments:
During school days and school times this is a school zone and marked with large flashing lights with a speed limit of 25. On non school days or non school times it is marked clearly at 30. The only thing really on this road is the high school..... so I guess this person wants new teen drivers to have their own raceway?!?
