North Arcadia Ave in Decatur and DeKalb Industrial Way
The trap is the light at the intersection of North Arcdia Ave and DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur, Georgia. There is a no turn on Red at this intersections and almost all turn right on the red light. This is a known by police who park in a parking lot up the street and then wait for people to make the turn on right.

This is not a speed trap. The sign is perfectly clear and prominently displayed stating "No Turn On Red". The police have a perfect right to catch drivers that do not pay attention to the road signs.
