North bound 515 at Galleria
7 am. 3/17/10. Two Motorcycle cops sitting on the Galleria bridge. Using radar on the North Bound 515 traffic. At least 2 cops (one motorcycle one white unmarked dodge charger) on the on ramp waiting out of sight to catch the speeders identified by the cops on the bridge.
