I live North of Calvert and have never been stopped, but see someone stopped almost every time I go home. Officer sits in medium esp at night. Even on Halloween when there were kids running all over town trick and treating, the police car was out giving tickets on the far edge of town rather than trying to make the residential areas safe for the kids. It looks like they could have taken a one night break from the money raising to protect the kids. In Texas there is a limit on the percentage of funds of a city budget that can come from ticket. As many as they give out and as small as the town is , I am sure they are breaking state law.
