Also 2500 block 10th St. - be careful. They tell you a false speed, then write you for underneath that speed, as if they're doing you a favor. But it's still an expensive ticket. Regarding the cause of the stop--false speed--they're either lying, using improperly maintained radar, not certified in radar operation, have ticket quota system (illegal) or some combination of those 4 illegal maneuvers.
