Northbound 99 as you exit the Battery Street Tunnel.
On the viaduct northbound about a quarter mile south of the Battery Street Tunnel entrance, the speed drops to 40. As you exit the tunnel into daylight, there will almost always be a Seattle radar cop sitting at the stop sign right next to KING TV. All of Aurora Avenue from the Battery Street Tunnel up past Green Lake is a speed trap.
