Northbound interstate I-45 Centerville + 7 miles north
The northbound interstate I-45 between Centerville and Buffalo (Leon County), is straights and/or flats and has no exit ramps for nearly 15 miles. The spot is Centerville + 7 miles north. Landmark is Keechi Creek + 3.3 miles north. Look for the needles eye bridge where County Road 304 / Co Rd 314 bridge goes over I-45. The patrol car is inside the needle eye, behind the center bridge pilar, and also protected by said pilar. The line of sight from bridge pilar looking at northbound cars is 3/4 mile or more. From Co Rd 304 / Co Rd 314 bridge, drive 7 miles north to reach hwy 79 / Buffalo.
