This ones dumb it a construction zone Not Not Not a speed trap
The construction between i-87 Exit 37 and Exit 39 was completed Fall 2013. There no more detours or speed reductions. There aren't any more speed traps in this area than anywhere else on I-87 from the Canadian border and Glens Falls. HOWEVER: The NYSP patrols are out there on and off all the time---FOR GOOD REASON!
