Oakwood Street near Redwood Street
Coming down the hill, cars pick up speed– a police officer (usually on motorcycle) waits hidden off to the side with a radar gun. When you come to a stop at the bottom traffic light, he catches up and cites you for driving at an unsafe speed down the hill. It happens over and over again, day after day. You are especially vulnerable if you are not familiar with the area.
