Ocean Boulevard near I-710 and Pico Ave.
Heading East on the Gerald Desmond Bridge from Terminal Island there is a steep downhill with a speed limit that requires you to downshift and drag your brakes for over a half mile to stay under the deliberately low speed limit. The mcy. cop sits behind the pillar for the Pico Ave. turn-off and it is "Welcome to Long Beach" that will be $240. Great public relations!

Dead on right with that 1. My buddy got stopped on his Harley while I kept goin. They didn't site him & he was lucky because we had a few beers over at Walkers in Pedro just before that!!
