Few places they like to hang out here. One is by the freeway offramps, looking for speeders and people running the stop signs. Another is by the UCD welcome station, they can hide in the parking lot and not be seen until it’s too late. The other is further down Old Davis Road by Putah Creek. Don’t even think of going a fraction of a mile above the limit, and if a pedestrian even *thinks* about crossing the street, you better stop. The cops are pretty anal about that.
