On 17 westbound the State Troopers stand on the bridge railing over Mygatt Street with a Radar Gun
Two or three chase cars waiting for the Officer who is perched on the right hand bridge railing to get a reading on the radar gun. This is the top half of suicide corner. It is an uphill grade that goes around a corner and crests at the bridge….which hides the Troopers’ vehicles. Everyone is so cautious going eastbound at suicide corner this is westbound and pushing the gas around a corner and uphill takes some skill. The guys driving on the left lane are passed by slower cars on the inside of the corner. So they go faster! Easy pickings of me faster" egos for the Troopers."
