On East 79th Street right inbetween the underpass for 77 and the US Bank Mortgage Building
I watch them out my window all day catching people. The speed limit is 35, don’t speed…pretty much on that whole road. They sit in a old driveway by the Decathlon Club in front of the tennis court. the catch most people traveling west bound coming from under the underpass. Becareful, because it’s going down a slight hill and your car will cruise faster than 35mph.
