On Los Coyotes Diagnal, between Wardlow and Carson St.
The posted limit is 40mph, but the Traffic & Engineering Survey lists the 85th percentile limit as 48mph. During mid-day, traffic is extremely light on this particular stretch and it is real easy to exceed 40mph. It’s usually a motorcycle officer hiding off to the side on Conant St.
