On Tampa Ave close to Nordhoff Ave.
Coming off of 118 fwy towards NFC (Northridge Fashion Center), the speed limit is 45 mph and decreases to 40 mph. Between Plummer & Tampa, the speed limit decreases to 35 mph and the motorcycle cop is hiding in the drive way of the mall on the right hand side close to Tampa with his radar gun. He’s there between 7:30 am – 11:00 am giving out tickets every 5 minutes. So, to all speeders out there….slow down in this hot spot!

It's not exactly a speed trap but cops on bicycles pulling people over for texting and holding cell phones. Once in a while there is a motorcycle cop catching speeders.
