Two motorcycle cops always work this stretch of road given speeding tickets over 40 MPH. They hide in driveways located on the south side and usually behind bushes targeting cars with radar guns.
Reseda Blvd. off the 118
Motorcycle cop hiding just south of Rinaldi. He is on Reseda.
Northridge Fashion Center East Entrance on Tampa
Motorcycle cop hiding in Northridge Fashion Center’s east entrance located on the west side of Tampa between Plummer and Nordhoff. Spotted him standing off his bike looking north through binoculars. I pulled into Chic-Fil-A for coffee and on my way out saw him ticketing a commuter in Chic’s entrance.
Nordhoff blvd east of woodley
Two motorcyle officers work this spot at the library. Hiding behind telephone pole and flagging over motorists on foot. Non stop.
On Tampa Av north of the 118 fwy
There is a very desperate LAPD cop who sits to the rear of the shopping center on Tampa Av just north of the 118 fwy. He is usually there during weekday, night time hours and tries to catch people making right turns against a red light on Tampa Av from the 118 west off-ramp. This guy is a real slime ball and must be hurting for tickets.
