On the loop 303 between I-10 and Indian School Rd
The speed limit on the loop 303 drops from 55 mph to 45 mph, then to 35 mph rather quickly. A highway patrol cruiser sits on Thomas Rd on the West Side of the 303. He spends several hours of the mid day ticketing motorist. If you’re pulled over, you won’t be given a warning.
