Palatine Road
In parking lot of the Winston campus school or right across street next to medical building they sit. They are clocking in either direction of Palatine road (east or west). They mostly looking west for people coming from rte 53 as the come off expressway the speed drops to 35 from 45 and they have clear line of sight to palatine borderline.
