Palm Beach Blvd. At the Orange river bridge just east of 75

Fort Myers, FloridaJan 26, 20112 Comments

Going westbound the speed limit changes from 55 to 45 at the base of the bridge. Officers will sit in the median on the west side of the bridge. Going eastbound you will find the officers on the east side of the bridge backed in behind the bridge on the eastbound side.

Comments:
Be careful, you'll be pulled over before you know what happened! I was just slowing down when I spotted the police. She was kind enough to give me just a warning, as I was a tourist driving a rental and talking with my Mom while driving. Nice lady police officer-but slow down through here! The speed limit drops from 55 to 45 and it's easy to miss the sign.

Does Florida statutes allow for police cars parking in the median?
