Palmer Road near Sylvan Road
There’s often a motorcycle sitting behind some bushes, sometimes there are even cars, they tend to have a couple of days in a row where there is lots of patrol and then there won’t be any for a while. Almost everyone goes more than 25 on Palmer and they can get almost anyone.
