Parkcenter Boulevard
A cop oftentimes sits in an empty parking lot right before you cross the Parkcenter Bridge going into downtown. I probably see him at least 3 times a week, most noticably in the mornings around 7 and 8. It’s very easy to miss seeing the car- but it’s there!
