PCH & Catalina
Motorcyle cops sit in the parking lot under the office building facing Catalina as it ends at PCH looking for cars making an illegal right hand turn from PCH on to Catalina.

Instead of looking for cars making an illegal right turn, I wish they'd ticket those jerks that get in the lane second from the left (which are supposed to go underneath the King Harbor sign) and go left onto PCH instead, almost crashing into those of us who are in the correct lane for such a left turn. C'mon, people, there are *signs* telling you which way you're supposed to go based on the lane you're in!!!!
People make that turn all the time. Got a few times from people not paying attention on posted signs.
