Piikoi Street near Mckinley High School Entrance
After you cross King Street, they will be on your right, sitting at the entrance to Mckinley High School. Mostly on the weekends, like they are trying to get people heading to Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Original poster was mistaken about the street. It should be Pensacola Street, not Piikoi Street. He is right, however, that there are often speed traps on the right side of the street as you approach Kapiolani Boulevard. I use this route often around lunch time on weekdays, and have seen them posted there many times.
