PO sit off Bayway just before the shopping center and catch speeders as they go over the first bridge after the eastside toll.

This is a major speed trap.
They use a city truck (parks dept etc, with an officer and hand held radar gun.
As many as 10 cruisers (chase cars) work the speeders.
They normally work Fridays.
I can watch them from my balcony, and they are working today.
