Poulan Ga. is between Sylvester Ga. & Tifton Ga. on US 82
Poulan has had there 45 mph speed limit increased to 55 mph. This is due to excessive speed enforcement practices. Still a word of caution watch yourself in this place they get nasty.

We were returning from a Mission trip to Haiti, had been carefully watching the signs for speed changes, my husband nor I saw it change to 55 miles, after we received the ticket I tried to get him to turn around and go see where the change was, but we were on our way home and he didn't want to go back. Very interesting to say the least. We were also told we could have a odometer checked but my husband said I know cruise was set on 65. So we pay the big fine! So much for helping our fellow men, we just helped Poulan more.
