PV Drive near Plaza
Of the two Motor cycle cops in PVE the little one likes to park is motor cycle in the "NO PARKING" area just to the East of the Plaza as you cross the cross walk and proceed up the 4 lane road (with sholder). He radars all the people who coast down the hill and gain speed over the way too low speed limit. And then claims you were driving unsafely… (cvc22350)a job security and salary justification only.

That little skinny dude breaks every law he can while trying to keep his job as traffic cop for PVE.
He stopped me once and I chewed him out for entrapment on a streach of road already mentioned in here. He got real timid as I verbally assaulted his integrity. When I plead not guilty to the ticket HE DID NOT SHOW UP.
BTW it is not against the law to go over the speed limit in California. The ticket they write is a 22350 which says that you can not drive at an unsafe speed (more or less than the posted limit)
ie it is posted 45 but the fog is so thick you can not see 20 feet and you are going 30 MPH – you are a crazy person and should get a ticket.
