Randal Road across from wal-mart the 2 old saftey clean entrances
Elgin police cars sit back on the private roads to the old Saftey Clean buildings back concealed by the wooded lots .Some just at the bottom before crossing the bridge heading towards I_90 direction catching speeders another at top by lights catching speeders and light runners. Also seen the red white green intrepides on Randall as well as the unmarked black cameros and mini vans.
