Reeck Road near Midway Road

Allen Park, MichiganJul 30, 20083 Comments

He sits on the side of the road or in the nearest parking lot, Reeck Rd is ONLY 25mph, seems like it should be at least 35 because its a wide road. Every morning from 5 am he is there, stops alot of cars.

Comments:
Reeck Rd is a RESIDENTIAL street. The speed limit has always been 25 mph. The residents that live along both sides of the street seem to have no problem with the poilce enforcing the posted speed limit

I'm with the other commentor. This is a RESIDENTIAL STREET and I don't care how wide it is. 25 mph is fast enough. Too much speeding on all residential streets. I am always concerned about kids and pets. Don't know why so many think that you can "drag race" from one stop sign to another!

Totally agree! It doesn't matter how wide - it's RESIDENTIAL. Also tired of the yahoos who think that Stop sign to Stop sign is a drag strip. My prayer is that, before you kill a person - adult or child, or an animal, you wrap yourself around a tree and kill only yourself!
